I know "About Me" sections can get lengthy so let's hit the high notes...

• I'm based in Detroit

• I began teaching myself how to bind notebooks in 2023, and my dad was my inspiration to start

• I love all things books and stationery

• The notebooks, journals, and sketchbooks I hand-bind are made using a variety of different stitches, binding methods, and upcycled materials with the goal of creating beautiful products accessible to everyone

• My dad used to give everyone and everything a nickname so when my friends and I got caught in a coordinated lie in high school he gave that a nickname as well: The Great Caper. 

• An unsolicited book recommendation: The Sentence by Louise Erdrich (it's phenomenal, I promise)
